Ace Appliance was founded in 1986 by Mr. Richard Collins and his wife Mrs. Gwen Collins. While working in his backyard for a small market in our community, Mr. Collins began to see the need for a trustworthy appliance business. In 1989, he expanded the business to offer appliance sales to residents of Florence. Since then, our business has grown to become one of the most trusted for sales and service in not only Florence, but also the surrounding Pee Dee area. Ace Appliance continues to remain a strong family-owned business as Mr. and Mrs. Collins remain actively involved.
Ace Appliance continues to expand into the many product lines that customers desire. In 2011, Ace Appliance added new employees and expanded territory to cover more customers. Our goals have not changed since Mr. Collins started this business. We continue to offer our customers the best service we can possibly give, the best product we can offer, improved reliability, and the daily improvements of industry knowledge. Our employees are dedicated to seeing that we continue to build our relationships and communicate effectively with our customers. We are always striving to become a better business and to service the needs of our customers. Each day we look for different ways to grow our business in an ever-changing economic environment.
